MEDICS FOR HIRE AS PART OF RJ MEDICAL SPECIALISTS LINK UGANDA.

RJ Medical specialist link Uganda is an online application that links patients/clients to medical specialists in the respective medical speciality a patient/client need. Currently operating only in Uganda.

As part of this online application, we acknowledge that medical facilities especially in the private sector all over Uganda face difficulties in getting medical personnel to hire more so if the need is urgent. There is obviously high staff turnover in private medical facilities for reasons beyond their control.

We also acknowledge that although it is difficult to access these medical professionals urgently as need may arise, there are so many qualified, registered and licensed health professionals looking for jobs all around.

This part of the application therefore aims to solve this impasse. We have built a database of qualified, registered and licensed medical professionals as verified by the respective regulatory councils.

The following are hereby put forward by the APP management to guide terms of use: –

• Employers will access this database freely by downloading the APP from play store or from the link below and from time-to-time access contacts of the job seekers in order to offer them a job following their routine subsequent recruitment processes including interviews if the employer so wishes.
• Employers using this platform to hire health professional will not demand the APP any pay what so ever for using the APP and neither will the APP ask for any pay from the employer for using the APP to access the job seekers.
• The APP management will ensure all medical professionals availed to the employers on this platform are truely qualified, registered and licensed health professionals as confirmed by the respective regulatory councils. This should not be a substitute for the employers’ routine verification of documents in the process of employing a health worker.
• The APP will NOT be responsible for any unprofessional actions, misconduct or unlawfulness of any employee before or after employment through this platform. It is therefore incumbent upon the employer to wisely chose from our rich database of professional health workers. This could mean calling up more than one job seeker, conduct interviews and chose the best person for he positions.
• The health professionals interested in putting themselves up for employment opportunities through this platform will be required to subscribe at a fee.
• Note that by subscribing to this, it is imperative that you have consented to allow all your relevant details including phone contacts shared with potential employers for purpose of making the employer contact you in case the employer needs a person of your qualification.

Note that the general public may access your details given that the details including phone contacts are freely accessible on this platform. The APP will not be liable for any ill intended use of your personal data put on this platform. The intention here is to allow potential employers link up with you as a job seeker in case they need your service.
